issues, developing mitigation plans and driving resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.\n\nMonitor progress across initiatives, tracking performance metrics and providing regular status updates and insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.\n\nApply agile delivery methodologies to manage projects where appropriate, facilitating sprints, stand-ups, and iterative planning.\n\nEnsure timely and effective communication across teams, promoting transparency, accountability, and alignment throughout each phase of the delivery process.\n\nUtilize standard project management vocabulary and practices aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.\n\nDrive continuous improvement in project/program execution by incorporating feedback, lessons learned, and best practices into future work.\n\nSupport organizational change by facilitating the adoption of new processes, tools, and systems as part of initiative rollouts.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related field\n\n2+ years’ experience in Operations Management, Program Management, or Project Management\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in solar energy or retail energy\n\nPMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent PMI certification\n\nMaster’s degree \n\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt\n\nExperience in Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Microsoft Planner, and SQL\n\nAdditional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAgile principles and methodologies\n\nAbility to assess metric outcomes on a relative basis and create sound recommendations based on
