\nWork with relevant staff to support students with additional needs;\nContribute to student interventions where required;\nTrack student progress;\nRegular use of formative assessment strategies; \nMaintain summative assessment records;\nAdhere to the school’s marking policy;\nCompose high quality student reports;\nAttend relevant staff training;\nParticipate in lesson observation and professional review in order to maximise the quality of teaching;\nMaintain a full teaching load as expected within department.\nPastoral\nAct as personal tutor to a group of students;\nPromote kindness and high expectations of behaviour;\nMonitor the well-being of students;\nSupport and take a pastoral interest in students;\nProvide guidance where necessary;\nMaintain positive relationships with students and parents;\nCommunicate with parents on a regular basis;\nParticipate in meetings where required;\nContribute to extra-curricular activities;\nPromote the welfare of children and safeguard students;\nSupervise students during non-lesson times where required;\nParticipate in House events and activities.\nGeneral\nPromote the school’s ethos;\nCollaborate and communicate well with all school stakeholders;
