Responsibilities:\nLiaison with Bankers & Buyers for loan approval to expedite Sales Conversion.\nFacilitate the booking process & assist to verify the declaration of sales packages.\nFollow up on overall Booked ageing units (both internal sales team & agents).\nCoordinate with Banker on EF empanelment of new projects and monitor the EF status.\nCoordinate and follow up on the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), loan agreements and other related documents.\nLiaise with solicitors, bankers and relevant departments to ensure proper documentation flow and timely signing.\nPreparing and verifying all required documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to sales conversion.\nMaintain proper records and update files of all the purchases including data entry into eProDev.\nPrepare relevant reports including reminders, payment receipts, purchaser’s file and other documentation on a timely basis.\nProcess the SPA legal fee and loan legal fee in accordance with the agreed terms.\nProcess commission claims for internal sales team & agents.\nAttending to the reconciliation matter or discrepancies the Finance Department raises promptly.\nPerforms any other duties as directed by the Management.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounts or equivalent.\nMinimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in property development or the construction industry.\nGood written and verbal communication skills (English is required).\nProficiency in MS Office applications.\nAbility to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery results.\nHigh level of integrity, initiative and results-oriented.\nHigh confidentiality in handling clients’ data.\nAttention to details\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of
