The role includes day-to-day process coordination, systems support, operational cover and assistance with team supervision.In this role you will:\nSupport the day-to-day delivery of accounts payable, billing and treasury processes.\nAssist with payment processing and approvals across Group jurisdictions, helping to ensure accurate postings, reconciliations and timely month-end close.\nSupport the Group’s monthly, quarterly and annual billing processes, including billing reviews, credit notes, fee update configuration and timely month-end close.\nHelp maintain the 12-week cash-flow forecast, bank reconciliations, cash-receipt reporting and monthly targets.\nAssist with the administration of NAV, SQL, SharePoint, Navan and Group banking access, resolving routine operational and user queries and escalating issues where appropriate.\nContribute to finance-system and entity migrations and suggest practical process improvements.\nAct as a first point of contact for routine operational finance queries, escalating complex matters where necessary.\nProvide day-to-day guidance and cover for colleagues, supporting workload coordination, knowledge sharing and team development.\nLine-manage two team members, ensuring effective workload allocation, cover, support and development.\nResponsabilidades\nSuntera Global is a leading international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting, and fund administration services.
