This is a fantastic opportunity to build your operational expertise, drive continuous improvement and make a tangible impact in one of the fastest-growing areas of our business.\nRole Responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end DTC operational journey, ensuring seamless order fulfilment, delivery, returns and customer experience across three online storefronts.\n\nManage relationships with third-party logistics and distribution partners across the UK and Germany, monitoring service performance, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.\n\nLead operational planning and execution for new product launches, limited editions and seasonal peaks, ensuring stock availability, partner readiness and delivery excellence.\n\nPartner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to manage inventory, monitor demand and ensure product availability across international markets.\n\nOversee the operational delivery of packaging, gifting and customer experience enhancements, working closely with Brand teams.\n\nCollaborate with Finance and Excise teams to support customs, duty, import documentation and financial reconciliation requirements.\n\nAct as the operational point of contact for key systems, including SAP and Magento, supporting improvements and effective integration.\n\nDevelop and maintain operational reporting, using KPIs and performance insights to identify opportunities for efficiency, service improvement and cost optimisation.\n\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and market teams across Europe and Asia Pacific, supporting operational readiness for new brands and market expansion.\n\n Qualifications\nExperience in supply chain, logistics or operations, ideally within a Direct-to-Consumer, eCommerce, consumer goods or related environment.\n\nHands-on experience managing third-party logistics providers or external partners, including monitoring performance against agreed service levels.\n\nWorking knowledge of warehouse management and ERP systems, with the confidence to collaborate with IT teams on systems improvements and integrations.\n\nStrong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational KPIs and translate insights into practical improvements.\n\nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.\n\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to manage external partners and influence internal stakeholders.\n\nA proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, with a willingness to test new ideas and drive continuous improvement.\n\nExperience working within a regulated industry, such as spirits, food or pharmaceuticals, would be advantageous but is not
