Also, a company match RRSP plan, purchase your favourite Suntory products with an allowance, enjoy work-life balance with 3 weeks of vacation annually plus personal/sick/volunteer days, as well as an allowance for health & wellness, and so much more!\nRole Responsibilities\nAchieving Sales Fundamental targets monthly, quarterly, and annually\nAchieving commercial and financial targets set for territory\nGrow territory share, beat the competition\nResponsible for calling on retail and licensed accounts to sell and promote brands in one of Suntory’s key territories\nConsistent and constant pre-planning and review of territory coverage\nAggressive and dynamic shelf and facing management, menu and back bar placement maximizing distribution objectives\nMaximize display and merchandising opportunities\nMaximize retail, on-premise and consumer penetration of brands\nKnow features and benefits of our brands as well as competitor brands\nDevelop and maintain overall beverage alcohol knowledge\nRecognize competitive activity and assess opportunity for the company\nCompetently conduct retail and on-premise training programs\nPreparation and timely submission of required reports, updating of trackers and sales journal\nManage budgets to maximize effectiveness\nExecuting on-premise promotions/retail samplings\nEnsure all account information is up to date, display wins on Viva Engage weekly\nSome evening and weekend hours are required\n Qualifications\nDiploma or Degree in Business/Commerce\nProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook\nValid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record\nMinimum 2 years previously related sales experience - CPG preferred\nCandidate must be physically able to lift 16-18kgs on a regular basis\nAbility to work some evenings and weekends\nRole Specific Competencies:\nCommercial and Financial Acumen - Ability to consider and quantify impact of potential risks and / opportunities for the business\nDelivering Results - Achieves goals and meets deadlines.
