In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in an international environment, helping the team understand market developments, identify innovations, track business performance and evaluate new growth opportunities. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Innovation, Business Development and Commercial Strategy, with the opportunity to contribute your ideas and make a tangible impact.\nRole Responsibilities\nMarket & Innovation Analysis\n\n Monitor RTD market, competitor and consumer trends across key markets.\n\n Track new product launches, formats, flavours, packaging, pricing and positioning.\n\n Maintain innovation/competitor overviews and translate research into clear business insights.\nBusiness & Financial Tracking\n\n Support day-to-day financial tracking, budgets, project costs and spend monitoring.\n\n Maintain accurate trackers and support regular performance reporting and management updates.\n\n Help consolidate market/project information and identify key developments or deviations.\nBusiness Development & Project Support\n\n Support evaluation of new RTD innovations, concepts and market opportunities.\n\n Gather market, consumer, competitive and financial information for business cases and recommendations.\n\n Prepare presentations and analyses and support cross-functional, cross-market projects and follow-up activities.\n Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics or a comparable field for the duration of the position.\nPrevious internship or working student experience, preferably in FMCG.\nStrong interest in Marketing, FMCG, consumer trends, innovation and market dynamics.\nInterest in the beverage and RTD category; basic understanding of budgets, actuals, forecasts and variances is a plus.\nStrong analytical and numerical skills and confidence working with data.\nExcellent knowledge in MS Office\nFluent (spoken & written) in German and English\nStructured, reliable and proactive way of working; able to work independently and meet deadlines.\nAbility to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferred\nAnalytical skills, converting numbers into insights\nDemonstrated personal characteristics to be a self-starter, flexible, reliable and intrinsically motivated\nTeam player with strong collaborative approach - to lead, build, drive and inspire\nLocated in the Rhine-Main area and able to work from the Frankfurt office once per week.\nWhat You Will Gain\n\n Hands-on experience in a fast-growing consumer category and an international business environment.\n\n Exposure to Marketing, Innovation, Business Development and the financial/commercial side of the business.\n\n Experience turning market data and trends into actionable insights and growth opportunities.\n\n The opportunity to take ownership, contribute ideas and make a tangible impact on the future of the RTD business.\nWhile relocation, immigration, and/or tax compliance support are not guaranteed, we may offer assistance to successful candidates depending on factors such as role requirements in accordance with company guidelines.\nAt Suntory Global Spirits, people are our number one priority, and we believe our people grow together in diverse and inclusive environments where their unique insights, experiences and backgrounds are valued and respected.
