Our engineering culture emphasizes correctness, disciplined coding, and tightly guided use of AI models.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop features for live client systems: model integrations, APIs, and automated tests.\nWrite evaluation and guardrail code: replay tests, quality checks, and defences against prompt injection or poor inputs.\nWork across the stack in Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript/React.\nSupport and monitor deployments on AWS and Azure, with increasing responsibility over time.\nMaintain clear documentation of builds, issues, and fixes.\nRequirements\nMinimum Diploma or Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nStrong programming fundamentals with fluency in Python;
