This person will be a trusted partner to the CEO, helping manage time, communication, priorities, travel, follow-through, and key operating rhythms across a fast-moving, remote-first company.\nThis role must be based in an APJ / APAC timezone to provide strong timezone coverage for our CEO and leadership team. You’ll work closely with founders, executives, internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners, ensuring the CEO is prepared, focused, and able to spend time on the highest-impact work.\nThe role will also include occasional personal assistant responsibilities, helping coordinate personal schedules, travel, appointments, and logistics where needed to keep things running smoothly.\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments, has strong judgment, and is excited about supporting a developer-focused company building tools that scale to millions.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\nIn this role, you’ll:\nOwn the CEO’s calendar management, prioritization, and day-to-day operating rhythm.\n\nManage inbox triage and communications by monitoring emails, drafting responses, and keeping communication flowing across internal and external stakeholders.\n\nPrepare briefings, agendas, decks, notes, and follow-up materials so the CEO is ready for every meeting.\n\nTrack follow-ups, decisions, and commitments to help projects move forward and keep stakeholders accountable.\n\nCoordinate seamless domestic and international travel, logistics, scheduling changes, and last-minute adjustments.\n\nSupport investor meetings, board-related preparation, executive meetings, offsites, and company-wide moments.\n\nAssist with occasional personal scheduling, appointments, travel arrangements, reservations, and other administrative or logistical needs.\n\nHandle sensitive and confidential business and personal information with absolute discretion, professionalism, and integrity.\n\nAnticipate needs, identify blockers early, and solve problems proactively before they escalate.\n\nPartner across the company to create clarity, improve coordination, and help leadership operate effectively in a global, remote-first environment.\n\nYou Might Be a Good Fit If You\nHave experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a startup or scale-up environment.\n\nAre based in an APJ / APAC timezone and can provide strong coverage for a globally distributed leadership team.\n\nCommunicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, with excellent written and verbal communication.\n\nHave experience working in async, remote-first, or globally distributed teams.\n\nAre tech savvy and comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled workflows.\n\nBring strong judgment around prioritization, confidentiality, stakeholder management, and executive communication.\n\nAre comfortable handling occasional personal assistant responsibilities alongside executive support.\n\nAre energized by organized chaos, fast-moving priorities, and solving problems before they become blockers.\n\nAre comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and staying several steps ahead.\n\nWhat We Offer\nFully Remote\nWe hire globally.
