We’re looking for someone with a background as a Strategic Solutions Architect or Engineer. You’re a technical subject-matter expert who can build relationships with Product and Engineering stakeholders and navigate a large AI lab.\nYou’ll lead relationships with top AI labs and serve as Supabase’s quarterback, driving the following engagement model:\nAccount Mapping and Relationship Building - Identify the key relationships Supabase needs to build across Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations teams at AI labs.\n\nLunch and Learns/Tech Talks/Technical Enablement - Lead onsite tech talks, lunch and learns, and technical enablement sessions to educate AI labs about Supabase and its roadmap.\n\nCo-build (product integration): Build integrations and joint solutions in collaboration with Supabase’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization.\n\nDeveloper Relations (DevRel): Work with AI labs to create content-including blogs, docs, videos, and live streams-and run in-person community events and hackathons.\n\nQuarterly Technical Reviews: Lead quarterly reviews with each lab to discuss highlights, adoption metrics, what’s working and what isn’t, key product initiatives, and alignment with technical resources.\n\nAs the Quarterback for the AI labs end-to-end - you’ll work from technical scoping and launch through post-launch growth - working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data to ensure Supabase drives real business outcomes with top AI labs\nThis is a high-visibility senior IC role with direct impact on product adoption and ecosystem expansion.\nThis is a build and scale member of technical staff role.\n\nYou’ll be expected to operate with a lot of ownership and little process at the start.\n\nIf you enjoy writing the playbook and running it in-market, this role will be a good fit.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n8+ years of experience in technical roles as a Strategic Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer or Product Management\n\nStrong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data / infra stacks\n\nDemonstrated experience shipping integrations and growing them post-launch\n\nExperience using AI and vibe coding tools in conjunction with Supabase\n\nClear, concise communicator who can align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams\n\nHighly organized operator who can build programs from scratch and iterate quickly\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving, open-source-first environment\n\nData-driven and outcome-oriented\n\nStartup experience is a plus\n\nWhat We Offer\nFully Remote\nWe hire globally.
