Every squad plays a key role in delivering seamless, secure, and engaging user experiences - and your work will directly impact how we stand out in a highly competitive market.\nWhat the role involves\nCollaborate closely with geographically distributed engineering teams to design and implement scalable and robust software solutions.\nEnhance the existing platform to increase the amount of business functionality driven by end-user configuration.\nEnhance system automation across scale, resiliency, and deployment.\nMaintain, enhance, and create common platform components and libraries (AWS, Go, Python, Erlang, Kafka).\nBuild on our cloud-native platform, enabling greater use of AWS technology to accelerate delivery, scale, and resiliency.\nBuild on our observability tooling and infrastructure to better understand the capabilities of our systems.\nWork with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation to understand and drive requirements and improvements across the platform.\nLead initiatives and tasks, driving them to completion and championing continuous improvement to enhance team productivity and efficiency.\nGrow the engineering community by building on existing processes and practices.\nWhat we are looking for\nA minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a large-scale production environment.\nExperience engineering high-quality, highly scalable software in an object-oriented or functional language.\nWillingness to learn new technologies (we work with Golang, Python, Erlang, and Elixir).\nA talent for clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing, and continuous deployment.\nExperience working with distributed systems.\nExperience building and improving upon observability.\nA passion for working in the cloud and automation.\nA passion for creating user-centric, data-driven solutions.\nNice to have\nExperience with AWS (CloudFormation, MSK, S3, Cognito, etc.).\nAn interest in functional programming.\nKnowledge of Kafka.\nFront-end development experience in React or Vue.js.\nWhat we offer\nMedical / Health Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nTraining & Learning Development\nAdditional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.\nAbout Super\nWe are a global technology group, dedicated to building the future of entertainment and fan-centric experiences.
