We sit at the intersection of Finance, Legal, Security, and every department that relies on outside vendors, turning sourcing strategy, contracts, and negotiations into dependable partnerships and measurable savings. As we scale, we're evolving Procurement from a well-run operation into a strategic driver of business value.\nAbout this role\nAs our Director, Procurement, you'll lead and elevate the company's procurement function end to end, from setting the multi-year sourcing strategy to leading supplier negotiations. You'll own enterprise spend across technology, SaaS, and professional services, partnering with executive leadership, Finance, travel supply, growth, and department heads to align procurement with Super.com 's strategic priorities. This is a player-coach role: you'll pivot between executive-level strategy and hands-on execution, rebuild workflows that need to scale, and grow a high-performing focused team. If you love turning procurement into a competitive advantage and building the function that gets you there, this is your chance to make a visible, lasting impact.\nWhat you’ll be working on:\nDevelop and execute a multi-year procurement vision and sourcing strategy aligned to Super.com 's strategic priorities, balancing cost, quality, speed, and risk.\n\nLead supplier negotiations, competitive bid processes, and contract renewals, partnering with Legal, Security, and FP&A to maximize value and mitigate risk.\n\nDrive total cost of ownership and spend analysis to uncover savings, set annual procurement targets, and track realized value.\n\nBuild strategic partnerships with key suppliers, with clear performance metrics, scorecards, and regular business reviews.\n\nRebuild and scale end-to-end procurement and contract management workflows in Tropic, using automation and AI to reduce cycle times and fix bottlenecks.\n\nStrengthen procurement policies, governance, and controls, including supplier due diligence, vendor risk management, and compliance programs.\n\nMonitor procurement KPIs and report performance, savings, and market insights to executive leadership, supporting budgeting and forecasting.\n\nLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing focused procurement team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, including 3+ years leading procurement teams in a Director-level or equivalent role.\n\nDeep expertise sourcing and negotiating technology spend, including SaaS licensing, infrastructure, and professional services, with a strong understanding of subscription, usage-based, and enterprise licensing models.\n\nTrack record of negotiations, including software licensing terms, SLAs, MSAs, and data privacy and security clauses.\n\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to model TCO, ROI, and cost-benefit scenarios and turn spend data into clear recommendations.\n\nSolid understanding of vendor risk management and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR) as they apply to third-party technology vendors.\n\nProven ability to build scalable procurement processes, policies, and P2P workflows in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the influence to align executives, Legal, Finance, and department leaders.\n\nBonus points for:\nHands-on experience configuring or rebuilding workflows in procurement and spend management platforms, such as Tropic, Zip, or Coupa.\n\nExperience in a high-growth consumer tech or fintech environment.\n\nWe've got you covered\nAt Super.com, we believe in supporting our team so they can thrive-both at work and in life.\nRemote-First Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the world and choose the hours that suit you best.
