Even though we’re remote, the culture is fun, collaborative, and well-connected- you’ll be included in team meetings, Slack chats, and social events, so you’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our TA team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, and support the hiring of top talent across the business, including future intern cohorts.\nWhat you’ll be working on:\nAssist in screening candidates for open roles using Lever (our ATS)\n\nHelp coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process\n\nSupport TA Partners with pipeline management, candidate follow-ups, and scheduling\n\nDraft job descriptions, post roles, and help maintain our careers page\n\nAssist with recruiting reports and documentation (e.g., tracking candidate stages or metrics)\n\nContribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media or campus outreach\n\nProvide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team\n\nSupport intern hiring initiatives, including coordination, outreach, and process logistics\n\nWho we’re looking for:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field\n\nStrong interest in talent acquisition\n\nOrganized and strong attention to detail\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfortable using tools like Google Workspace and LinkedIn\n\nAbility to excel and multi-task in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment\n\nA proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn\n\nWhat You’ll Gain\nReal-world experience in full-cycle recruitment.\n\nExposure to different business functions and hiring teams\n\nMentorship and guidance from experienced TA Partners\n\nA stronger understanding of what makes hiring processes equitable, efficient, and engaging\n\nPractical experience supporting intern hiring from start to finish\n\nInsight into how employer brand shapes candidate experience and company reputation\n\nWhat We Offer:\nHome Office Setup Allowance: $300 one-time\n\nFriday UberEats Allowance: $25/week\n\nLearning & Development Allowance: $300/ per term\n\nFitness/Wellness Allowance: $120/per term\n\nCandidates can be based anywhere in Canada, provided they maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone and are available to work a 40-hour work week.\nWe’re a remote-first company, but you’re always welcome to join us at our head office on 260 Queen Street West in Toronto.\nWe also host virtual and in-person socials where interns can connect, play games, and meet others - including company wide game nights and events.
