As Financial Controller, you will join the Group Finance team responsible for consolidated statutory and management reporting, owning assigned consolidation and reporting workstreams and supporting divisional finance teams in applying Group policies. This is a hands-on role for a qualified accountant who will help resolve accounting and control issues across our multi-entity international business.\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nGroup reporting and consolidation\nOwn assigned monthly and year-end consolidation workstreams and maintain balance sheet discipline through reconciliations, substantiation and timely resolution of aged items.\nPrepare and review consolidation files and adjustments, and produce monthly financial reporting and analysis explaining material movements to stakeholders.\nTechnical accounting and financial control\nApply IFRS and Group accounting policies to complex or judgemental transactions, preparing audit-ready technical accounting papers and supporting accounting for business combinations, share-based payments, impairments, provisions and leases.\nGuide divisional teams on applying Group policies consistently and strengthen controls around manual journals and reporting adjustments.\nAudit and financial statements\nSupport the interim and year-end external audit, coordinating requests, preparing evidence and resolving auditor queries.\nPrepare accounting papers, financial statement working papers and note disclosures, and review year-end processes to resolve control matters before sign-off.\nProcess improvement and collaboration\nReview and improve consolidation processes and controls, and support development of D365, Anaplan EPM and related reporting tools.\nPartner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, Technology, Internal Audit and regional finance teams on Group-level analysis.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nProfessional qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, supported by strong academic credentials and degree-level education.\nTypically three to four years of post-qualified experience, ideally combining Big Four or other leading audit-firm training with an in-house Group Finance, reporting or controllership role.\nPractical experience of group consolidations, monthly close, financial controls and statutory or management reporting in a complex multi-entity organisation.\nStrong IFRS knowledge and the ability to reach clear, commercially practical conclusions on complex or judgemental accounting matters.\nExperience working independently within a multicultural, multi-location organisation, collaborating effectively across countries and time zones.\nStrong project-management skills, attention to detail and the initiative to improve processes and provide direction to others.\nFluent English, excellent written communication and the ability to build trusted relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders.\nStrong Excel capability and experience with ERP, consolidation or performance-management systems.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with D365 and Anaplan EPM.\nExperience in gaming, digital, technology, retail, e-commerce or another fast-growing international business.\n\nWhat we offer\nMedical / Health Insurance\nOpen Annual Leave\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nTraining & Learning Development\nAdditional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.\nAbout Super\nWe are a global technology group, dedicated to building the future of entertainment and fan-centric experiences.
