Supercharge your career with us and be part of something extraordinary.\nWhy we need you\nWe’re on a mission to create extraordinary experiences for our customers, and we believe that your unique skills, passion and superdrive will help us achieve our vision. \nAs a Mobile Specialist, you’ll be supporting the delivery of state-of-the-art acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads and mobile ad networks, across a number of leading brands in selected markets within the Digital Marketing department to identify customer acquisition opportunities in the digital advertising space.\nWhat you'll be doing\nManage Mobile App Advertising campaigns across multiple products (Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker) in designated markets, mostly focusing on new players’ Acquisition.\nSet up, manage, optimize, and report on Mobile App Advertising campaigns, including advertising campaigns on approved third-party apps, Apple Search Ads and Mobile AdNetworks.\nCollaborate closely with the Mobile Marketing Manager to define and execute strategies across all brands and markets.\nFocus on key KPIs such as new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and cost per acquisition, optimizing campaigns accordingly.\nEngage with internal stakeholders, including Country Specialists, local Digital Marketing Specialists, and other teams beyond digital advertising.\nConduct post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation.\nProvide regular performance reports to key stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including participation in Quarterly Business Reviews.\nStay updated on industry trends and technological advancements\nThis list covers your core responsibilities - with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow..\nEssential skills you'll bring to the table\nThe necessary skills that we require for this role include:\nMinimum 2 years of Mobile App Advertising experience, ideally in a performance-driven environment focusing on CPA and ROI\nRelated degree in Finance/ Data Analytics or Marketing\nAdvanced Excel skills\nExperienced using an MMP (i.e. Appsflyer)\nExperienced working with app campaigns across all digital channels\nExperienced using AI tools, e.g. Chat GPT\nWorked towards acquisition KPIs, such as CPA and ROAS\nProficient in third-party analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics\nStrong English communication skills, both written and spoken\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities\nDesirable skills you've got up your sleeve\nIt would be great if you also have some of the following skills:\nIn-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends\nPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations\nFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards\nUnderstanding of online marketing technical aspects (e.g., tracking, analytics tools);\nExperience in the Gaming/iGaming industry;\nDegree in marketing or related online qualification\nOur values are non-negotiables\nOur culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
