This role requires strong technical expertise, a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of compliance, tracking, and ROI optimisation in regulated environments. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:\nPlan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across:\nGoogle Ads (Search, Display, UAC)\n\nYouTube Ads\n\nApple Search Ads (ASA)\n\nOther relevant PPC channels as required\n\nDrive ROI-focused performance, including budget management, bid strategies, and scaling decisions\n\nImplement and maintain accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks\n\nEnsure campaigns meet platform policies and iGaming regulatory compliance requirements across regions\n\nConduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing\n\nAnalyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and growth levers\n\nProduce regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders\n\nCollaborate with creative, analytics, and compliance teams to support campaign success\n\nStay current with platform updates, industry trends, and changes affecting iGaming advertising\n\nThis list covers your core responsibilities - with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou’re someone who brings:\nClear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas\n\nA collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross-functional teams to hit shared goals\n\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball\n\nExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work\n\nAdaptability - you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast-moving environments\n\nProven experience as a PPC Specialist or Performance Marketer\n\niGaming industry experience is essential\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, UAC, and YouTube\n\nExperience managing Apple Search Ads (ASA)\n\nSolid understanding of tracking, attribution models, and campaign analytics\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise for ROI\n\nFamiliarity with platform policies, compliance requirements, and restricted advertising verticals\n\nDesirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve\nIt would be great if you also have some of the following skills:\nIn-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends\n\nPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations\n\nFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards\n\nExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategies\n\nExperience scaling high-volume or multi-market iGaming campaigns\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, or MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)\n\nExposure to international markets and localisation strategies\n\nExperience working in fast-paced, performance-led environments\n\nOur values are non-negotiables\nOur culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
