Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:\nDevelopment and Application Security -by - Design\nIntegrate and operate application security controls within CI/CD pipelines, including: Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), Secrets detection and dependency risk scanning\n\nSupport secure SDLC practices such as: Branch protection and quality gates, Secure build and release controls, Artifact integrity and validation checks\n\nAssist with threat modelling and secure design reviews in collaboration with architecture teams.\n\nSupport developers in vulnerability triage and remediation.\n\nTune security tools to reduce false positives and developer friction.\n\nSupport audit, compliance, and evidence generation activities.\n\nParticipate in security incident investigation related to application flaws.\n\nEnsure secure, compliant approaches are the default and easiest options for development teams to adopt.\n\nConfigure and maintain security tooling integrations within CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) under agreed architectural standards\n\nEnsure security controls operate consistently across teams and repositories.\n\nGovernance, Risk & Assurance\nDefine and document DevSec security standards, patterns, and decisions.\n\nProvide evidence and control mappings to support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews.\n\nIdentify and track DevSec-related risks and technical debt, driving remediation through process improvements rather than manual controls.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\nInfluence security outcomes through collaboration and technical leadership rather than enforcement.\n\nContribute to security enablement, awareness, and uplift initiatives focused on cloud-native and container security practices.\n\nThis list covers your core responsibilities - with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou’re someone who brings:\nClear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas\n\nA collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross-functional teams to hit shared goals\n\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball\n\nExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work\n\nAdaptability - you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast-moving environments\n\nStrong grounding in application security concepts.\n\nSecure coding knowledge (OWASP Top 10, API security, dependency risk).\n\nStrong knowledge of SAST, DAST, SCA, and software supply-chain security concepts.\n\nStrong advocate for enablement-first security. Ability to influence engineering teams through collaboration and technical credibility.\n\nHands-on expertise with containers and orchestration platforms (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nDemonstrated experience implementing container security across build, registry, and runtime.\n\nProven experience securing CI/CD pipelines and developer toolchains.\n\nKnowledge of:\n\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, etc.)\n\nSecrets and key management\n\nCloud identity and access management\n\nSolid understanding of information security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001).\n\nExperience operating in regulated or audited environments.\n\nAble to design controls that are auditable without slowing delivery.\n\nDesirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve\nIt would be great if you also have some the following skills:\nIn-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends\n\nPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations\n\nFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards\n\nExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategies\n\nExperience operating at scale in multi-team or multinational environments.\n\nPrior involvement in audits, regulatory reviews, or formal assurance activities.\n\nOur values are non-negotiables\nOur culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
