You’ll lead the end-to-end technical onboarding process - from guiding API integrations and troubleshooting issues, to ensuring merchants go live smoothly. Acting as the technical bridge between our customers and internal teams, you’ll diagnose problems, recommend best-practice solutions, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
