Whatever pet parenting throws at you - a 2 AM worry, a fussy eater, a first vaccination - there's one brand to turn to, with in-house vets and doorstep delivery across India. We're built by pet parents, for pet parents: people who know the joy, the chaos and the responsibility of raising a pet, and show up for all three. Because with great pets, comes great responsibility :)\nWho are we looking for?\nDo you enjoy telling stories - and making other people's stories better? You're it. We're looking for a writer-leader who can think up crazy ideas for pets and pet parents within the guardrails of the brand, write the big stuff themselves, and run a team of creatives who ship the rest. Having fun on the job is also a must and non-negotiable. Also, a pet parent please? :)\nWho is it for?\nWe're a team of creators: people who love their craft and the joy of creating something new, something cool, something they're proud of. Writers, designers, filmmakers and meme-scholars who'd rather make the thing than sit in a meeting about it. We're not a 9-to-5 corporate job - everyone here owns their ideas and sees them through to the end: from the first scribble to the final cut to the numbers it moved. The best idea in the room wins, no matter whose it is or how long they've been here. Nobody hands out briefs here, but everyone's briefs here are heard :)\nYour mission should you choose to accept\nThink a lot about what pet parents would like\nOwn the copy on all key brand projects yourself - campaigns, films, launches and sale properties. The biggest briefs are yours, hands on keyboard\nCreate high quality content for all company channels including Film scripts, Ad scripts, Social Media Channels, Emails, CRM, Web and App Content\nManage a team of creatives - brief, review, edit, and raise the bar on every piece before it ships\nWork closely with the design and social teams to ensure everything we put out is brand backward - built from the brand, never retrofitted to it\nMaintain consistent Brand personality across multiple channels\nSpot and avoid thnigs lyk thise\nCollaborate with multiple teams internally to expedite the creative output of the marketing team\nCreate tangible impact on the lives of pets and pet parents\nBe around pets a lot\nHave a lot of fun & eat a lot of snacks\nRequirements\nMinimum 4 years of copywriting/content writing experience, with 1-2 years leading or mentoring writers/creatives\nProficient in spoken and written English\nAn eye for detail when it comes to punctuation, grammar, and spelling - in your work and everyone else's\nA knack for creativity, not just with words but also ideas\nCan give feedback that makes a junior's draft better without making it yours\nUp to date on trends and news\nUnderstands the tonality needed to write for different audiences\nExperience with writing for different mediums and channels\nUnderstands how marketing campaigns are devised\nApplication process: Please send your CV to \nLocation: Bangalore, Indiranagar (In-office)","description_format":"text","description_chars":3260,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":4,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Pet Food, Supplies & Care"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-11-02T09:21:27Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":4,"expected_fill_days":51,"reasons":["conf:1","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-11-07T05:47:08Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/super-tails-manager-copy","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/super-tails-manager-copy.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-07T16:31:18Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":23334,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-08T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":2799246},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=2799246"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fsuper-tails-manager-copy"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fsuper-tails-manager-copy"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fsuper-tails-manager-copy"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/super-tails-manager-copy\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fsuper-tails-manager-copy"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3601339}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"supertails.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3601339},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people);
