This role will be instrumental in supporting, maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing Workday integrations-ensuring reliable data flows across our HR ecosystem and supporting the ongoing optimization of Workday.\nWhat the role involves\nIntegration Architecture & Management\nTechnical Integration Delivery: Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using:Workday Studio\nWorkday Orchestrate\n Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)\n Core Connectors (configured both standalone/outside and within the Cloud Connect)\n\nLong-Term Architectural Decisions: Establish sound, sustainable integration architecture decisions and design standards that balance immediate business needs with long-term system health, scalability, and maintainability.\nOperations & Monitoring: Own and support daily integration operations. Monitor performance, track process runs, and proactively resolve failures.\nData Security & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all integrated enterprise systems.\nTechnical Documentation & Governance (Core Focus)\nMaintain Comprehensive Documentation: Treat technical documentation as a primary responsibility by creating and continuously updating technical design specifications, integration mapping documents, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.\nGovernance Standards: Establish monitoring and support standards for integration operations to ensure clean knowledge sharing and seamless handover across team members.\nCompliance & Audit: Support audit, compliance, and security requirements related to employee data.\nPost-Go-Live Stabilization & Support\nAct as a key technical resource during Hypercare and ongoing post-go-live support phases.\nPerform root-cause analysis on complex integration failures and implement permanent corrective and preventive fixes.\nCoordinate technical support activities with Workday Support, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.\nContinuous Improvement & Partnership\nCollaborate closely with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business leaders to translate business requirements into technical architectural solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline data flows, reduce technical debt, and improve process automation.\nSupport testing and validation activities for bi-annual Workday releases, updates, and new platform functionality.\nWhat we are looking for\nExperience: 3+ years of hands-on, production-level Workday integration design, development, architecture, and support experience.\n Core Technical Expertise (Mandatory):Practical experience designing, building, and troubleshooting Workday Studio\nHands-on experience developing visual orchestration flows using Workday Orchestrate.\nDemonstrated proficiency with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).\nProven experience configuring, customizing, and managing Core Connectors both within and outside the Cloud Connect framework.\n\nArchitecture & Documentation Focus:Proven track record of making sound, long-term architectural decisions for enterprise integration ecosystems.\nStrong commitment to maintaining rigorous, high-quality technical documentation and system design specs.\n\nTechnical Fundamentals: Proficiency with XML, XSLT, Web Services, and data transformation concepts.\n Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nSoft Skills: Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.\nNice to have\nOfficial Workday Integration Certification(s) (e.g., Workday Studio, Core Connectors/EIB).\nExperience architecting and supporting Workday integrations in a multi-country / global environment.\nKnowledge of integration touchpoints within Workday platform, Identity Management systems, enterprise ERPs (e.g., SAP/Oracle), and global payroll platforms(PECI) but also familiarity with Workday Payroll Exports (PICOF).\nPrior experience working in post-go-live stabilization, hypercare, and long-term optimization phases.\nWhat we offer\nMedical / Health Insurance\nOpen Annual Leave\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nTraining & Learning Development\nAdditional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.\nAbout Super\nWe are a global technology group, dedicated to building the future of entertainment and fan-centric experiences.
