Hit apply and let’s talk!\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nFocusing on the “what” and the “why”\n\nDiscover, prioritize and validate high-impact opportunities, help formulate strategy and roadmap\n\nBuild strong relationships with game teams and other stakeholders and facilitate alignment\n\nTogether with the team set goals, expectations and success metrics - focusing on business outcomes instead of solely output\n\nBridge business goals and technical execution, taking accountability for product success throughout its life-cycle from initial ideation and discovery to eventual sunset\n\nDeliver data products that solve the right problems and define how we can utilize data to make even better games\n\nWhat You Have\nExtensive expertise in product management with a strong track record of delivering value for business\n\nSufficient depth technically to engage in meaningfully with technical teams, e.g.\nBuilding productised ML solutions\n\nBuilding data intensive products, from raw data to actionable insights\n\nDemonstrated ability to define and ship data products that have driven significant impact\n\nGenuine enthusiasm for games and interest in the gaming industry\n\nUser-centric - can empathize equally with our internal users and the players\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, experience in forming and maintaining professional relationships across teams, aligning stakeholders around common directions and timelines\n\nWould Be Nice if You Also Have\nExperience in some of the following: personalization, AI bots, AI/BI tooling, experimentation (e.g. A/B testing)\n\nGames industry experience, especially around F2P live-service games\n\nWhere You'll Be\nThe role requires close collaboration with the other central teams and game teams, so ideally, you'd be based in Helsinki.\nAbout Supercell\nSupercell is a games company from Helsinki, Finland, with offices also in San Francisco, Seoul, Shanghai, and London.
