You'll collaborate with a passionate team of engineers to develop innovative solutions and shape the future of the auto transport industry in the United States.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with the development team in investigating, reporting, and fixing bugs.\nPerform manual acceptance testing, exploratory testing.\nBuild and maintain the test cases documentation.\nBe a quality assurance leader within the team you work with and within Super Dispatch in general.\nCollaborate on testing and quality assurance projects across teams within Super Dispatch.\nFacilitate collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers during the development and testing process.\nBe a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team with its mission, comprised of a product manager, UX designer, a frontend engineer, and a backend engineer.\nBe a leader of the QA engineering community of Super Dispatch affecting and driving our quality assurance standards across the company.\nMinimum requirements:\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in general, at least 1 year of which is experience working in an agile product-driven environment as a QA Engineer.\nAt least 1 year of experience with testing automation tools.\nAdvanced level English.\nAnalytical mindset.\nBasic knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JS.\nKnowledge of quality assurance practices and ability to implement them in practice.\nDeep understanding of web applications (browsers, HTTP).\nExperience working with cross-functional teams.\nPlus points:\nProficiency in at least one web development programming language.\nUnderstanding of Agile methodology with practical experience in Agile environments.\nStrong understanding of CI/CD concepts.\nExperience with AI agents and LLMs, or a solid understanding of how they work.\nMinimum requirements:\n5+ years of QA experience, at least 1 year of which is experience working in an agile product-driven environment as a QA Engineer.\nStrong Analytical Mindset. You can analyze complex problems, find root causes, and don't just follow the test cases.\nProficiency in Python or TypeScript. You can write scripts and read developers’ code to understand how features work.\nExperience with modern automation frameworks. Practical knowledge of tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Pytest.\nStrong SQL skills. You can write queries to verify data directly in the database.\nExpertise in API testing. You are comfortable testing REST/GraphQL endpoints (Postman, cURL, etc.).\nSolid understanding of Client Server architecture. You know how HTTP works and can comfortably debug using Browser DevTools.\nStrong knowledge of Test Design techniques.
