No two projects look the same here. One week you're running workshops with clinical teams, the next you're shaping a personalization strategy for a retail platform.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDevelop UX and product strategy, not just screens, but the thinking behind them\n\nWith your market and business insights, you will help clients of all sizes bring the value to the market.\n\nPlan, conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, workshops, desk research, benchmarks, data analysis)\n\nFacilitate co-creation workshops and translate outputs into product opportunities\n\nTranslate insights into clear, tangible concepts: journey maps, service flows, wireframes, prototypes, and client-ready presentations\n\nPrototype concepts in Figma and bring them to life across complex systems\n\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, tech, and strategy\n\nPresent to clients, write proposals, and contribute to business development\n\nWho you are\n3 years of experience in UX, digital product design, and/or service design\n\nYou are a strong designer with business knowledge, you know what a user or market is looking for and take into account the economic reality.\n\nSystems thinker: you connect research insights to strategic decisions and understand the business logic behind them\n\nComfortable stepping into different roles depending on the project. Leading one project, supporting the next one\n\nSolid Figma skills and experience working within complex product ecosystems\n\nAt ease with ambiguity: when chaos comes your way, you know what to do and how to bring structure\n\nYou know how to manage different projects, juggling multiple clients simultaneously [ED5]\n\nFluent in English, able to work with Dutch-speaking clients.
