This role will work closely with senior management to drive innovation, manage infrastructure, and lead the IT team in supporting the organization's evolving technology needs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, supervise, and support day-to-day activities of the IT team, including performance management, coaching, training, and development\nProvide technical leadership and serve as a mentor and subject-matter expert across IT initiatives and projects\nPlan, develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s technology infrastructure\nOversee installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and performance of servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure\nAdminister and maintain systems including SAN and network hardware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Windows Server (Enterprise & Standard), Microsoft SQL Server, Office 365 / Azure, Microsoft Teams Phone and VoIP/SIP/PBX services, Sophos and other security hardware and software, SSL certificates and DNS services\nManage system automation, performance optimization, security controls, backups, disaster recovery, and failure analysis\nOversee Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and security frameworks to ensure compliance\nMaintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity, providing troubleshooting and support as required\nCreate and maintain systems documentation, procedures, and technical standards\nCoordinate hiring of Network Support Technicians in partnership with Human Resources\nConduct staff evaluations, manage performance concerns, and address disciplinary matters in consultation with Human Resources\nEnsure IT staff are adhering to established procedures and best practices\nManage vendor relationships, procurement, licensing, and contracts for hardware, software, and IT services\nOversee software license management, data backup and replication, web servers, network security, servers, UPS systems, and peripheral equipment\nParticipate in after-hours or on-call support as needed\nWhat You Bring\nExpert-level technical knowledge across enterprise IT environments\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for complex technical issues\nDemonstrated experience with Microsoft server technologies and cloud platforms\nSolid understanding of networking, VPNs, and security best practices\nProven leadership, communication, and organizational skills\nAbility to think strategically and creatively to improve systems and processes\nComfortable working independently while collaborating across departments\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a senior IT or IT leadership role\nPost-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred)\nIndustry-recognized Microsoft certification or equivalent experience\nExtensive experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Server products\nExperience with enterprise security frameworks, compliance, and infrastructure management\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy.\nWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
