varying shifts and an on-call rotation\nAct as liaison between departments to assist in resolution\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required\nPossess a working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.\nAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nWork Experience and Educational Requirements\nAt least 1 year of experience providing computer network support\nPost-secondary education in a related field\nNetwork Certificates/Qualifications would be an asset\nWindows based Environment, Certifications are an asset\nExperience with Cloud services and Infrastructure would be an
