Under the direction of the Regional Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment both in our regional shop and at customer job and inspect equipment for jobs and returns\nPerform routine and high-voltage equipment maintenance\nDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues\nReplace defective parts and complete preventative maintenance\nPrepare detailed maintenance and repair reports\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and shop tools\nRecommend appropriate equipment to customers when needed\nEnsure all equipment meets client safety regulations\nProvide technical support to internal teams and clients\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment\nCross-train on various heat treatment equipment\nSupport other departments as needed\nWhat We’re Looking For\nSkills & Qualifications:\nMechanical aptitude with small electronics and machinery\nUnderstanding of blueprints, diagrams, and schematics (preferred)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nBasic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)\nAble to troubleshoot and make decisions independently\nWillingness to mentor and work collaboratively\nExperience:\n1+ year of experience in a technical or mechanical role\nFamiliarity with power generation or welding equipment (a plus)\nIndustrial mechanical and electrical experience preferred\nEducation & Certifications:\nTechnical training or post-secondary education is a plus\nTWIC, OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, First Aid, Forklift certifications (preferred or willing to obtain)\nRequirements\nValid driver's license with clean driving record\nAbility to pass background checks for client sites\nWillingness to travel as needed\nPhysical ability to lift up to
