Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here.\nThe Opportunity\nAs the sole owner of our GTM Systems Architecture, you will be responsible for the architecture of Salesforce and the GTM tech stack around it. You’ll be our expert on how to keep evolving and reimagining these systems into a platform that enables AI native workflows and showcases the power of our own products, including Mail, Docs, Go, and Fathom, in how we go to market. For us, AI native means people and agents work from the same trusted data, and work happens in the tools our teams already use. This is a hands-on role. You’ll bring a point of view on where our architecture should go, build core capabilities yourself, and work closely with our Sales Ops business partners, GTM AI Engineer, GTM Systems team, and product teams so our most important initiatives are built on a strong foundation. You’ll report to the Senior Director of GTM Ops.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn the architecture of Salesforce and our surrounding GTM stack (Outreach, Gong, etc.), and lead its evolution into a platform that’s faster to change and built for AI native workflows\n\nDesign how systems connect across CRM, quoting, compensation, billing, marketing automation, conversation intelligence, and our data warehouse, working closely with the owners of those systems\n\nBuild a foundation of GTM data that sellers, leaders, finance, and agents can all trust, from pipeline and bookings through comp and revenue\n\nPartner with our product teams to integrate Mail, Docs, Go, and Fathom deeply into our GTM architecture, building integrations directly and shaping requirements where there are product gaps\n\nOwn the technical design behind our core GTM initiatives, partnering with our business partners and GTM AI Engineer to move manual work into AI native workflows\n\nBuild with handoff in mind so our GTM Systems team can run what you deliver, and help shape how this function grows\n\nQualifications\nHas 8+ years of experience designing and building on Salesforce, including reworking a complex, established org\n\nDeep, hands-on Salesforce expertise across data model design, Apex, flows, integrations, and security\n\nHas personally built AI native systems such as agents, MCP connectors, and LLM workflows\n\nStrong integration experience beyond Salesforce, and uses AI coding tools as everyday build leverage\n\nUnderstands GTM processes and data from lead to cash, ideally in a multi-product GTM motion\n\nA builder who gets energy from shipping, moves fast, and stays hands-on as scope grows\n\nBrings a clear point of view and explains trade-offs in plain language to leaders who aren’t technical\n\nBuilds strong working relationships across business, product, and engineering teams\n\nHas a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nSuperhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:\nExcellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)\n\nDisability and life insurance options\n\n401(k) and RRSP matching\n\nPaid parental leave\n\n20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time\n\nGenerous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)\n\nAnnual professional development budget and opportunities\n\nSuperhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, so base pay may vary by location.
