With Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda) we're reimagining the productivity suite for the AI era. To bring this vision to life we're looking for talented and thoughtful Senior Product Designers to join our growing design team in Porto, Portugal.\nIn this role you'll be working on some of the most exciting AI first product challenges we have. At our Porto office we have several teams actively working on product-led growth, reworking our mobile app for the AI era, delivering AI powered Tables in Superhuman Docs and integrating Go (our new suite wide AI assistant).\nYou'll be joining the wider Superhuman Docs, Databases and Enterprise teams and working very closely with the designers, engineers and PMs who are all just as passionate about solving hard problems and building really good experiences.\nIn This Role, You Will\nShape the product direction: bring a design perspective to the early product thinking (not just the execution) by contributing to roadmap and strategy discussions.\n\nWork directly with customers: work with the various teams across our user base to understand their needs and turn those into clear, usable designs.\n\nOwn your craft: deliver at a high level of design quality across the flows as well as the polished interfaces, striking the right balance between clarity, usability and craft.\n\nExperiment and iterate quickly. Work very closely with the PMs and engineers in a fast moving environment where we're constantly testing, learning and refining. Use the AI tools to prototype and validate ideas at a pace that's never been possible before.\n\nContribute to our design system: Help evolve our design patterns and components as we scale to support more teams and use cases.\n\nBe part of a supportive team: Work a few days a week from our downtown Porto office, and remotely with a collaborative group of US-based designers who give thoughtful feedback, share ideas openly, and help each other grow.\n\nQualifications\n3+ years of experience turning ideas into shipped products that users love, ideally with experience in AI-centered products, productivity tools, or mobile apps.\n\nPortfolio showing how you've turned difficult product problems into simple, elegant solutions.\n\nComfortable working end-to-end from early discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and AI-assisted prototypes.\n\nSelf starter, loves a fast moving environment and enjoys working collaboratively and iterating.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working across time zones with a distributed team.\n\nBased in Porto with a willingness to travel occasionally to our hubs in New York and San Francisco for events and get-togethers.\n\nSupport for you, professionally and personally\nProfessional Growth: We believe that autonomy and trust are key to empowering our team members to do their best, most innovative work in a way that aligns with their interests, talents, and well-being\n\nA connected team: Superhuman builds a product that helps people connect, and we apply this mindset to our own team. Our remote-first, hybrid model enables a highly collaborative culture rooted in our values. We work to foster belonging among team members in a variety of ways. This includes our team member resource groups, Superhuman Circles, which promote connection among those with shared identities including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ team members, women, and parents. We also celebrate our colleagues and accomplishments with global, local, and team-specific programs.\n\nComprehensive benefits for candidates based in Portugal: Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing life care (including mental health care and risk benefits) and ample and defined time off. We also offer support to set up a home office, wellness and pet care stipends, learning and development opportunities, and more.\n\nRelocation Support: Superhuman provides relocation support to make your move to Berlin seamless. Our package includes visa assistance, destination services to help you and your family settle in comfortably, and a relocation bonus to cover additional expenses, such as temporary housing.\n\nWe encourage you to apply\nAt Superhuman, we value our differences, and we encourage all-especially those whose identities are traditionally underrepresented in tech organizations-to apply.
