Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Senior Product Manager, you will own products that millions of educators, students, journalists, and writers rely on to preserve authenticity. You'll work at the intersection of product, ML research, and design - translating model capabilities and their limits into experiences people can trust.\nThis role is ideal for someone who has owned B2C or prosumer products end-to-end; you'll have the opportunity to define how discovery, prioritization, and shipping work, and most importantly, to shape a category that is still being written.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn discovery end-to-end, identifying and validating user problems through research, data analysis, and direct conversations with our different user personas.\n\nDefine product requirements and success metrics in close partnership with design, engineering, and ML.\n\nDrive execution from concept to launch, then iterate based on user feedback and usage data to improve the experience\n\nBuild the product process from scratch and set the standard for how product gets done at Superhuman\n\nDesign and run a rigorous experimentation program - form hypotheses, define metrics, ship tests, and iterate based on results\n\nOversee day-to-day development and delivery, partnering with engineering and design to keep work on track and ensure milestones are met on time.\n\nQualifications\nStrong product judgment with 5+ years of experience owning B2C/prosumer products end to end\n\nComfortable building structure that meaningfully improves outcomes\n\nDeep understanding of AI-powered products, including model limitations, tradeoffs, and user trust implications\n\nStrong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and researchers to drive alignment and execution.\n\nHigh ownership mindset with a bias toward action, learning, and iteration\n\nHas a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.\n\nBonus\nExperience as an early or first PM at a startup\n\nExperience working closely with ML or research teams\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nSuperhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:\nExcellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)\n\nDisability and life insurance options\n\n401(k) and RRSP matching\n\nPaid parental leave\n\n20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time\n\nGenerous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)\n\nAnnual professional development budget and opportunities\n\nSuperhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, so base pay may vary by location.
