All of this begins with our team collaborating in a values-driven and learning-oriented environment.\nTo achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Core Marketing organization. This person will lead social strategy and execution of our newly established @Superhuman_HQ social channels to increase awareness of our brand as well as our evolving product suite including Superhuman Docs, Superhuman Mail, Grammarly and Superhuman Go. They will manage day-to-day content planning, publishing, and community engagement, ensuring that each brand’s presence is consistent, creative, and on-brand.\nThis role reports to the Group Social Media Manager and partners closely with Marketing, Brand, Communications, Design, and Content teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads and Reddit.\n\nManage content, calendars, and handles.\n\nOptimize copy tailored to each platform and audience.\n\nCollaborate with Design, Video, and Communications teams to create engaging, social-first content.\n\nPartner with product marketing on campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.\n\nWork with our social care team to engage with online communities and manage proactive and reactive conversations.\n\nMonitor performance and report regularly on engagement, reach, and brand impact.\n\nCollaborate closely with the partner marketing team to amplify partner-specific content.\n\nStay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform strategy and creative direction.\n\nWork with other team members and the social agency to direct, shoot, and edit social video.\n\nQualifications\nHas 5-7 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally for a tech, productivity, or B2B brand.\n\nCan develop performance-driven strategies across multiple social channels, with a strong emphasis on X and Reddit.\n\nUnderstands social best practices and can craft content that resonates on each platform.\n\nIs a skilled writer with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and creativity.\n\nHas a keen eye for design and can provide clear feedback to creative partners.\n\nIs organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.\n\nDemonstrates strong project management skills and attention to detail.\n\nProactively spots gaps and recommends solutions to improve impact and execution.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nSuperhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:\nExcellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)\n\nDisability and life insurance options\n\n401(k) and RRSP matching\n\nPaid parental leave\n\n20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time\n\nGenerous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)\n\nAnnual professional development budget and opportunities\n\nSuperhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, so base pay may vary by location.
