The successful candidate will provide bilingual (English/French) support to internal and external stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.\nFluency in both English and French is a mandatory requirement for this position and will be considered an essential qualification throughout the recruitment process.\nWhat You'll Do:\nCoordinate purchasing and inventory replenishment activities to ensure product availability and operational continuity.\nForecast purchasing requirements by analyzing inventory levels, supplier lead times, and business demand.\nSupport cost-control initiatives through effective purchasing practices, supplier collaboration, and inventory optimization.\nDevelop and maintain strong supplier relationships to improve pricing, service, quality, and delivery performance.\nMonitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives when required.\nManage purchase orders, backorders, inventory transfers, expedited shipments, returns, credits, and discrepancy resolution.\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, approved supplier programs, authorization limits, and inventory control standards.\nAct as the primary purchasing and inventory support resource for Service Technicians, Branch Operations, Service Coordinators, and Field Leadership.\nMaintain accurate ERP data related to purchasing, inventory, pricing, suppliers, and lead times.\nSupport inventory control processes, audits, reporting, and training initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.\nWhat You Bring:\nPost-secondary education in a relevant field.\n3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, supply chain, or a related operational role.\nExperience managing purchase orders, inventory replenishment, supplier relationships, and inventory control processes.\nExperience working with ERP systems and inventory/purchasing reporting tools.\nExperience supporting multiple locations or operational sites is considered an asset.\nExperience in propane, HVAC, industrial distribution, construction, service operations, or a related technical environment is preferred.\nFrench fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory and will be assessed during the recruitment process.\nEnglish proficiency is required to support the full North American business.\nSalary: $58,300- $72,850 annually (based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography).\nEligible employees may earn performance-based incentives and have access to comprehensive benefits and retirement plans with matching contributions.\nThis posting is a replacement for an existing vacancy.
