The company prioritizes jobsite safety, reliability, and team collaboration, offering long-term career opportunities through strong benefits, employee ownership opportunities, and advancement potential.\nPosition Overview\nThis is a Direct Hire Opportunity.\nAs a Crane Operator, you will operate a mobile hydraulic crane mounted on a specially constructed chassis to lift, move, and position materials and construction components on active jobsites. This role is considered safety-sensitive and requires strict adherence to DOT regulations, crane operation standards, and jobsite safety procedures.\nThe Crane Operator works closely with installation crews and project leadership to ensure materials are moved safely and efficiently while maintaining strong communication and situational awareness on active construction sites.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate a mobile hydraulic crane to lift, move, and place materials such as wall panels and construction components.\nDrive the crane truck to and from jobsites while complying with DOT regulations and company safety standards.\nSafely set up crane operations, including placing cribbing under outriggers to stabilize the crane during lifts.\nReview jobsites for potential safety concerns and communicate findings with the Install Foreman and crew.\nExercise authority to stop work if unsafe conditions are present.\nFollow hand signals and instructions from installation crew members during lifting operations.\nAssist with site preparation, including shoveling dirt or stone when required to support crane setup.\nBreak down crane setup and pack up cribbing and equipment at the end of each job.\nPerform daily inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance on crane equipment.\nMaintain clear communication with team members and customers while on site.\nQualifications\nRequired\nNCCCO (CCO) Crane Operator Certification with TLL and TSS endorsement\nValid CDL Class A license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).\nExperience operating mobile hydraulic cranes or heavy equipment.\nStrong understanding of construction site safety and crane hand signals.\nAbility to arrive on time consistently and maintain dependable attendance.\nAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds frequently.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and twist throughout the workday.\nAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate noise from heavy equipment and power tools.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members.\nPreferred\nExperience in residential or commercial construction, with preference for concrete construction experience.\n1+ year experience operating cranes.\n2+ years driving commercial or heavy vehicles.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (relevant
