performance\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects for data centers and other mission-critical facilities from preconstruction through completion.\nThis position will have overall responsibility for project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management, quality, safety, risk management, and client communication.\nThe Project Manager will work closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, commissioning teams, and clients to deliver technically complex electrical projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.\nThe ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects, preferably within data center, mission-critical, industrial, semiconductor, advanced technology, or similarly complex environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final completion, with a primary focus on data center and mission-critical facilities.\n\nManage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, contracts, and overall project performance.\n\nOversee electrical subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and specialty trade partners.\n\nCoordinate electrical construction activities with mechanical, structural, architectural, plumbing, controls, and other building systems.\n\nWork closely with the Superintendent and field teams to plan electrical work sequences and maintain project schedules.\n\nOversee procurement of electrical equipment, materials, and specialty systems.\n\nMonitor project progress and identify potential schedule delays, cost issues, and construction risks.\n\nResolve complex field and project issues and coordinate solutions between owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.\n\nManage change orders, contracts, RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and other project documentation.\n\nTrack project financials, cost projections, commitments, and forecasting.\n\nCommunicate project status, schedule, budget, risks, and changes to clients and project stakeholders.\n\nMaintain strong coordination between office and field teams throughout project execution.\n\nCoordinate electrical testing, startup, commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.\n\nEnsure electrical construction meets project specifications, quality requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards.\n\nPartner with the Superintendent to maintain strong safety practices and identify potential risks associated with electrical construction activities.\n\nLead and develop Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and other project team members.\n\nMaintain consistent field presence and participate in project planning, coordination, and safety meetings.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience managing electrical construction projects for data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial facilities, semiconductor facilities, advanced technology facilities, or other technically complex projects.\n\nStrong understanding of electrical construction methods, sequencing, and coordination.\n\nExperience with large-scale electrical systems and complex equipment installations.\n\nExperience managing electrical subcontractors, vendors, and specialty trades.\n\nExperience with project scheduling, cost control, contracts, procurement, and change management.\n\nExperience coordinating electrical testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.\n\nAbility to manage projects with aggressive schedules and significant coordination between multiple trades and stakeholders.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction experience will be considered.\n\n7+ years of experience in electrical construction, project engineering, or electrical project management.\n\n1-2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership capacity preferred.\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical construction methods, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project financials.\n\nStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.\n\nAbility to identify and resolve complex electrical construction and project management issues.\n\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
