workplace concerns.\nSupport employee relations activities, including coaching, corrective action, performance management, engagement, retention, and recognition.\nCoordinate new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring a professional and welcoming employee experience.\nManage employee records, HRIS updates, offboarding activities, and other employee lifecycle processes.\nCoordinate training, performance reviews, engagement initiatives, employee events, and recognition programs.\nAssist with HR reporting, workforce analytics, headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and compliance-related activities.\nPartner with HR leadership on process improvements, workforce planning, policies, compensation, employee development, and other HR initiatives.\nQualifications:\n3+ years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, HR coordination, or a related field.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.\nExperience supporting employee relations within a manufacturing, industrial, construction, or other hourly workforce environment.\nRecruiting and talent acquisition experience.\nBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nWorking knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, HR records, and employee lifecycle processes.\nGeneral understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with employees at all levels.\nExcellent organization, follow-through, prioritization, and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a
