Qualified candidates should have hands-on experience operating, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial equipment and automated process systems.\nJob Responsibilities\nMonitor equipment performance and process parameters to identify and correct operational issues.\n\nTroubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate compressors, control valves, instrumentation, and process equipment.\n\nOperate and maintain industrial mechanical and electrical systems.\n\nWork with engineers and technicians to support equipment installation, repairs, and system improvements.\n\nRead and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.\n\nAssist with developing and following standard operating procedures.\n\nMaintain equipment inventory, spare parts, and maintenance records.\n\nFollow OSHA safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and hot work requirements.\n\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in plant operations, control room operations, industrial maintenance, millwright support, or instrumentation/electrical operations with a high school diploma or equivalent; OR\n\nAssociate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering technology with 2+ years of relevant automated process experience.\n\nExperience operating and troubleshooting industrial process equipment.\n\nKnowledge of temperature, pressure, flow, and other process parameters.\n\nAbility to read P&IDs and electrical schematics.\n\nExperience with compressors, control systems, instrumentation, or industrial machinery preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with 120V, 480V, and 4160V electrical systems preferred.\n\nMust be comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and operating lifts at heights exceeding 100 feet.\n\nFlexible availability for day or night shifts and weekends as needed.\n\nMust meet applicable project eligibility and export-control requirements.\n\nCompensation & Opportunity\n$32-$42 per hour, depending on experience, PLUS per diem!\nLONG-TERM POSITION!\nIf interested please TEXT ME \"Process\" to 321-325-6101\nApply Today!\nSuperior Skilled Trades is looking for experienced Process Operator Specialists ready to join a major industrial project in Starbase, TX.
