This role is responsible for project safety, quality, schedule, budget, profitability, documentation, client communication, and overall project execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage projects from startup through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements are met.\nReview contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, including CPM and look-ahead schedules.\nCoordinate drawings, submittals, procurement, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and engineering requirements.\nPartner closely with Superintendents to monitor field progress, address issues, and coordinate resources.\nLead preconstruction and project meetings, including scope, safety, quality, schedule, budget, and logistics planning.\nMonitor project costs, labor productivity, commitments, forecasts, and overall financial performance.\nManage change orders, delays, documentation, and contractual recovery opportunities.\nIdentify project risks early and develop corrective and mitigation strategies.\nMaintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.\nCoordinate inspections, quality control activities, testing, documentation, and project closeout.\nProvide accurate project reporting and participate in post-project reviews.\nTravel to assigned project sites approximately 1-3 days per week, based on project needs.\nQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent technical education/experience.\n3+ years of project management experience in prestressed concrete tanks, heavy civil construction, water/wastewater infrastructure, or a similar field.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable insurance.\nStrong communication, organization, problem-solving, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong knowledge of scheduling, submittals, document control, and project coordination.\nAbility to learn and apply new construction technologies and processes.\nPreferred Qualifications30-Hour OSHA Certification.\nConcrete or infrastructure construction experience.\nExperience with MS Project or other scheduling software.\nBluebeam and Autodesk DWF Composer experience.\nPMI-CP Certification.\nFirst Aid/CPR/AED Certification.\n Working ConditionsRegular travel to project sites, generally 1-3 days per week.\nOccasional travel to projects outside the assigned territory may be required.\nExtended hours may be necessary to meet project
