Serving the municipal, industrial, and water/wastewater industries, the company is recognized for its innovative construction methods, commitment to quality, and long-standing reputation for delivering durable, high-performance infrastructure solutions nationwide.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a respected organization and oversee projects from initial planning through successful completion.\nPosition Overview\nThe Project Manager will independently oversee multiple construction projects of standard to moderate complexity, ensuring successful execution while maintaining safety, quality, scheduling, budget, and profitability objectives.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in heavy civil construction, concrete structures, water/wastewater infrastructure, or related construction projects, along with strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management & Execution\nManage construction projects from startup through closeout, ensuring all safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements are achieved.\n\nReview contracts, construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.\n\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, including critical path method (CPM) and look-ahead schedules.\n\nCoordinate engineering requirements, drawings, submittals, procurement, materials, vendors, and subcontractors.\n\nWork closely with Superintendents to monitor field progress, resolve challenges, and coordinate project resources.\n\nLead preconstruction meetings and ongoing project meetings covering scope, safety, quality, schedules, budgets, and logistics.\n\nFinancial Management & Risk Mitigation\nMonitor project budgets, labor productivity, costs, commitments, forecasts, and overall profitability.\n\nManage change orders, delays, project documentation, and contractual recovery opportunities.\n\nIdentify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation and corrective action strategies.\n\nMaintain accurate financial records and provide timely project performance reports.\n\nClient Relations & Quality Control\nServe as a primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.\n\nEnsure clear communication and coordination throughout each phase of construction.\n\nCoordinate inspections, quality control activities, testing, and project closeout documentation.\n\nParticipate in post-project reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\n\nTravel to assigned project sites approximately 1-3 days per week, depending on project requirements.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical education and relevant experience.\n\nMinimum 3 years of construction project management experience, preferably involving prestressed concrete tanks, heavy civil construction, water/wastewater infrastructure, or similar projects.\n\nStrong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, procurement, submittals, and document control.\n\nExperience coordinating field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project resources.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\n\nStrong communication, leadership, organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nValid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle insurance.\n\nWillingness to travel regularly to project sites and work extended hours when necessary.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nOSHA 30-Hour Certification.\n\nExperience with concrete construction, prestressed concrete tanks, or infrastructure projects.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Project or similar construction scheduling software.\n\nExperience with Bluebeam and Autodesk DWF Composer.\n\nPMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP) Certification.\n\nFirst Aid, CPR, and AED Certification.\n\nWork Environment & Travel\nBased in Weatherford, TX, with regular travel to assigned construction sites approximately 1-3 days per week.\n\nOccasional travel outside the assigned territory may be required.\n\nFlexibility to work extended hours to meet critical project deadlines.\n\nHands-on training provided for specialized construction techniques, materials, and repair methods.\n\nWhy Consider This Opportunity?\nDirect Hire: Join an established organization with a strong reputation in specialized construction.\n\nCompetitive Compensation: $90,000 -
