Home Improvement Sales Consultant
Overview
Join our growing team as a Home Improvement Sales Consultant and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth for Superior Contracting & Maintenance / Home Ease. In this high-impact, in-home sales role, you will meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and guide them through kitchen, bath, and home improvement projects from consultation to close.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven opportunity for individuals who thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals. Responsibilities
- Run pre-qualified in-home sales appointments to assess customer needs and present solutions
- Build trust quickly with homeowners and guide them through bath, kitchen, and remodeling options
- Create detailed project scopes and pricing using company sales tools
- Close sales on-site whenever possible and maintain strong follow-up to convert open opportunities
- Utilize financing options to help customers move forward with projects
- Manage your pipeline, track leads, and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project execution
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques to increase close rate and average ticket
Preferred Experience
- Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales
- Kitchen and bath project knowledge
- Experience with financing programs (GoodLeap or similar)
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools

- Proven experience in ales (in-home sales strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to ask for the sale and close confidently
- High level of self-motivation, urgency, and accountability
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends to meet with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
