The propane specialist will support service as the business / market requires. \n\nWhat you'll do:\nTransfer, collect, load and deliver propane product to and from containers (cylinders) for customers. Initiate and conduct the asset verification process. \nNotify the Delivery Coordinator of route, customer or call frequency changes and adjustments. \nConduct and maintain the highest standard of safety in all activities and operations ensuring compliance with the regulatory bodies and relevant regulations. This includes conducting and, if applicable documenting, pre and post vehicle inspections, site inspections and visual tank inspections. \nMaintain equipment to the highest level of safety standards, reporting any mechanical issues to the Field Operations Manager/Delivery Coordinator. \nProvide exceptional customer service by promoting the company and its products and services positively and maintaining good customer relations and corporate image\nPresent a respectable and clean corporate image maintaining a clean and organized vehicle. \nLoad and unload propane tanks and equipment from Superior facilities and customer locations. Determine load weights and check against lifting capacity to prevent overload. \nEnsure proper placement and leveling of tank, ensuring code requirements are met. \nInstall, service and repair used and new appliances and propane systems with direct supervision from a certified Service Technician and capture hours in your log book. \nSafely and effectively perform tank evacuations, including hooking hoses to and from stationary tanks to the bulk truck for propane transfer, lifting and securing tanks and properly using compressor/pumps. \nPrepare all tanks for service including the replacement of valves and lids and maintain accurate documentation of all such repairs performed. \n\nWhat you bring:\nHigh school diploma\nMinimum of two (2) years of commercial driving experience\nPossess valid Class 3 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract\nBilingual (English and French) an asset\nAbility to repetitively lift 50 lbs on a regular basis\nAbility to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing\nStrong customer Service skills\nKnowledge and ability to use computers, specifically on board truck computers\n\n Salary: $25.23 - $31.52 hourly (based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography).\n\nEligible employees may earn performance-based incentives and have access to comprehensive benefits and retirement plans with matching contributions.\n\nThis posting is a replacement for an existing vacancy.
