Stage\n- Prepare cost estimation and pricing for tender submission.\n- Take-off quantities from drawings and specifications.\n- Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.\n- Prepare BOQ and tender breakdown.\n- Assist in tender analysis and submission\n\nProject Stage\n- Prepare and submit progress claims to main contractors.\n- Evaluate and process subcontractor / supplier claims.\n- Manage and track variation orders (VO).\n- Monitor project budget and cost control.\n- Prepare final accounts upon project completion.\n- Maintain proper project documentation and contract records.\n\nRequirements:\n- Relevant experience in Construction / M&E projects.\n- Singaporean / PR / Foreigner are welcome.\n- Familiar with tender preparation and progress claims.\n- Experience in handling VO and final accounts.\n- Able to interpret drawings and specifications.\n- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.\n- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.\n-
