You'll:\nLead the day-to-day operations of the location, including sales, service, parts, and administration\nManage store performance and profitability, including reviewing monthly P&L results and identifying opportunities for improvement\nEstablish and work toward sales and service goals for vehicles and adaptive mobility equipment\nLead daily store meetings to keep departments informed, organized, and working toward common goals\nRecruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop employees\nConduct performance evaluations and establish short- and long-term development goals\nEnsure employees understand and follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and required certifications\nManage vehicle, product, and parts inventory\nOversee CRM activity and lead management while coaching the sales team toward stronger performance and exceptional customer service\nPartner with Regional and Corporate leadership on staffing, operations, and company initiatives\nMaintain a professional, safe, clean, and welcoming location for employees and customers\nThe position description also includes responsibility for trade-in appraisals, corporate reporting, CRM oversight, inventory management, and assisting with Mobility Consultant duties when needed.\nQualifications\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a leader who can balance people, performance, and purpose. The right candidate will be organized, approachable, accountable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.\nQualifications include:\nHigh school diploma required; additional education is a plus\n3-5 years of management experience or senior-level industry experience\nAt least 1-2 years of CRM experience\nAt least 2 years of experience managing sales, service, and support employees\nValid driver's license\nStrong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to provide an exceptional customer experience\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, projects, and people\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nA collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal skills General Manager Revised 6.22\nThe Kind of Leader Who Thrives Here\nYou don't have to know everything on day one.
