You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Partner Success Managers, and Business Consultants to share customer insights, support deals, and ensure smooth handovers after onboarding.\nLevel: Professional (Mid-level) \nWhat you will do:\nOnboard & enable customers\nLead customer onboarding, platform setup, training, and best-practice guidance.\nManage multiple implementations while keeping timelines and deliverables on track.\nContinuously improve onboarding processes, documentation, and enablement materials.\nDeliver complex implementations\nLead workshops to define data flows, integrations, and implementation strategies.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.\nBuild custom solutions using JavaScript, Python, APIs, and SQL.\nTroubleshoot complex data pipelines, integrations, mappings, and platform issues.\nShape AI-assisted delivery\nIdentify repetitive implementation work that can be automated.\nHelp design and improve AI-assisted implementation workflows.\nReview and refine AI-generated solutions, mappings, and scripts.\nContribute to templates, best practices, and delivery methodologies.\nSupport customers & pre-sales\nPartner with Customer Success and Sales on customer workshops, demos, and strategic deals.\nConnect technical solutions to customer business outcomes.\nDeliver POCs and assess technical fit and implementation feasibility.\nWhat we are looking for:\n3+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, onboarding, technical consulting, or a similar technical role, ideally within a SaaS or data company.\nCustomer Success experience with a strong technical background is also highly relevant.\nHands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and JavaScript and/or Python.\nA solid understanding of data pipelines, data modelling, and integrations.\nExperience leading customer workshops, onboarding sessions, and training.\nThe ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.\nComfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nA genuine curiosity about AI and a habit of using AI tools to improve your own work.\nNice to have:\nExperience working with marketing data.\nPre-sales experience, including running demos and supporting POCs.\nBenefits we offer:\nCompetitive compensation package, including equity\nGreat work equipment\nHealth care benefit and leisure time insurance\nAnnual learning budget\nSports and wellbeing allowance\nBenefits may vary depending on location. \nHear why our team likes it here atsupermetrics.com/careers/life-at-supermetrics.\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-FullTime #LI-MiddleToSeniorLevel\nSupermetrics is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all.
