The candidate will work as a Configurator LiveChat Agent, assisting customers, sales, product managers, and engineers with order quotations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may also be assigned):\nServe as first point of contact and address to customer’s inquiries and questions regarding to Supermicro products, solutions, and services\nAssist internal users and customers in configuring products and making recommendations.\nAct as a pre-sales liaison between field teams and cross-functional product management\nIdentify, document, and resolve customer issues; escalate critical customer’s questions and issues to the correspondent team and management\nAssisting clients to perform basic troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, or web portal\nProvide inputs to designing team on customer’s feedback on new products improvement\nDrive customer satisfaction through service excellence\nCollect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support system enhancements and business decisions.\nCreate and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, workflows, and process documentation.\nMaintain data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with company standards.\nProvide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing technical support for business systems\nAbility to work flexible hours (Bi-weekly shift rotations: 6:00 AM-3:00 PM and 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.)\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field\n1+ years of experience as Application Engineer, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or equivalent\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills\nExperience in gathering and documenting business and system requirements\nExceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication capabilities to translate complex technical jargon into actionable business language\nAbility to collaborate across cross-functional teams\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, or project management tools is a plus\nSalary Range\n$85,000 - $95,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
