In addition, this position is a core member of Motherboard Product Management team and engages in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post-sales support activities.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nDevelop relationship with customer and promote the right product and work with sale/FAE to close the deal\nExecute in-depth research about customer applications and provide feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize products\nWork with relate team to promote products to internal team and customers\nCreate positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, product specifications\nPresent training materials to internal sales force as well as externally\nTravel periodically to visit customers and attend trade shows\nConduct competitive analysis and develop ecosystem with partners in the industry\nDrive technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering teams to duplicate and debug\nServe as third level technical support and provide pre/post-sales\nQualifications:\nBS degree in engineering discipline or business is highly preferable\n1+ years of IT relate experience preferred\nStrong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment\nEffective organization and planning skills\nDemonstrated experience working in cross-functional organizations\nCreative thinker, to develop new strategies and solutions\nAbility to lead extended teams and meet deadlines\nUnderstanding of market trends and customer needs\nStrong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills\nSolid communications skills, both verbal and written\nAbility to travel up to 25% of the time\nSalary Range\n$95,000 - $115,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
