We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nJob Summary:\nEnhance Business Efficiency: Your insights and analytical expertise will drive process improvements in operations, inventory management, and cost optimization.\nSupport Strategic Decision-Making: You will work with key stakeholders to analyze critical business data, helping to shape company strategies and operational efficiencies.\nDrive Operational Excellence: Your ability to collect, interpret, and act on data will directly impact the company’s ability to manage inventory, streamline processes, and enhance profitability.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nWhat You'll Do:\nBusiness & Data Analysis:\nCollect and analyze operational data using SAP and internal inventory control systems to generate reports and actionable insights.\nMonitor inventory trends by material group and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce excessive, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.\nOversee and improve inventory and asset controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.\nProcess Improvement & Strategy Development:\nDevelop recommendations to optimize business operations, inventory control, and cost efficiencies.\nWork closely with Sales Group, Product Management, Purchasing, and Operations teams to drive inventory and supply chain improvements.\nEstablish and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures to support internal audit objectives and compliance.\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:\nPartner with key internal teams to streamline workflows and improve inventory control measures.\nSupport the development and execution of strategic plans by providing data-driven insights and analysis.\nAssist with creating presentations, reports, and dashboards for executive decision-making.\nQualifications:\nWhat You'll Bring:\n Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, inventory management, or related fields.\nWorking knowledge of enterprise computing servers, storage systems, networking hardware, or system software is preferred.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and time management skills to effectively collaborate across teams.\nHighly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nProject and program management skills to plan, monitor, and execute initiatives effectively.\nExcellent verbal communication and technical writing skills for clear and impactful reporting.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in ERP systems such as SAP.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive Compensation & Benefits: A comprehensive package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.\nImpactful Work: Your contributions will directly enhance Supermicro’s business operations and strategic decision-making.\nCareer Growth: Supermicro is committed to employee development and offers opportunities for advancement.\nCollaborative & Fast-Paced Culture: Work with a high-performing team in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.\nSalary Range\n$80,000 - $105,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
