In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Procurement teams to coordinate forecast meetings, foster cross-team alignment, and support planning initiatives.\nStrong communication skills, multitasking ability, and deadline management are essential. You will generate reports, analyze trends, and interpret data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and thorough validation.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPrepare and deliver monthly reports to support forecasting and business review processes.\nAssist in developing and enhancing data management systems to improve forecasting capabilities.\nMaintain and update forecasts on a daily and weekly basis to reflect the latest trends and insights.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Project Management, Product Management, and Procurement-to facilitate and support Sales Forecast meetings, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.\nSupport system enhancements and changes related to operations and data workflows.\nProvide strategic and analytical support to management for organizational planning and decision-making.\nEnsure data accuracy and integrity by applying best practices in data collection, validation, and analysis.\nMonitor internal client and team feedback to identify and recommend process improvements.\nChampion and uphold the company’s mission, vision, and core values in daily activities.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.\nQualifications:\nSQL Server proficiency and Data modeling - including complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, performance tuning, database design, normalization, and schema interpretation.\nMicrosoft 365 analytics tools: Excel, Power BI and SharePoint/OneDrive.\nData quality and validation - ability to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and integrity issues.\nBasic scripting - Python or R for data manipulation or automation.\nWindows environment fluency - file systems, permissions, scheduled tasks, and general troubleshooting.\nAnalytical & Business Skills - Skilled in translating business questions into measurable insights through KPI development, dashboard reporting, data analysis, and adherence to data governance, security, and compliance best practices.\nRequired Experience\n2-5 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or reporting role.\nHands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server in production environments.\nExperience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards or similar BI tools.\nDemonstrated history of supporting business teams (finance, operations, sales, HR, etc.) with data insights.\nExperience working with large datasets, data cleansing, and data validation.\nPrior work in environments using Microsoft 365 for collaboration and reporting.\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have\nExperience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).\nFamiliarity with version control (Git) for SQL scripts or analytics code.\nExperience with statistical analysis or forecasting.\nSalary Range\n$90,000 - $110,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
