We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nJob Summary:\nThe Sales Director of Customer Success within Sales organization is responsible for driving repeat sales and assisting with deployment and service/support strategies for major AI Infrastructure and Enterprise accounts. This includes leading the Customer Success team to provide excellent customer satisfaction that results in repeat business (driving revenue and profit). This individual must have strong leadership skills, excellent customer relationship experience and sales leadership experience. Domain experience in AI and server product, solutions and innovations. This individual must be very strong at working cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProvide ‘hands-on’ as needed while you support and build the team.\nDevelop and execute effective strategies to win and maintain customer accounts\nIdentify, qualify, develop and close sales against quota in Enterprise accounts\nBuild and establish relationships with current and potential Enterprise customers, partners, system integrators, VARs, and OEM customers (as required)\nUncover opportunities for senior management to generate revenue from high-level executives\nAssemble a pipeline of both short-term and long-term opportunities through target lists for Enterprise market\nTravel to customer sites to present Supermicro’s products, solutions and services as well as to maintain account integrity\nSupervise varied levels of a Customer Success sales team, including directing work, providing training, development and managing performance-related issues\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and MBA preferred\nMinimum 15+ years’ experience in a server & AI sales environment preferred\nResults-oriented drive and a solid work ethic\nSolid oral and written communication skills, executive presence, and judgment\nAbility to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment\nStrong negotiation, presentation and closing skills\nMust be willing to utilize self-admin skills as needed\nStrong command of the English language; proficiency in 2nd language is a plus\nBased in San Jose, California\nAbility to travel up to 35% of the time or as needed\nSalary Range\n185,500 - 208,097\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
