With a track record of pioneering time to market innovations, we are in search of a technology and business enablement leader to help Supermicro grow business and win customers. You will use strong technical and communication skills towards product vision, roadmap & business strategy for Supermicro's core product family including research into vertical-based customer solutions and creation of aggressive go-to market plan. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of server technology trends with passion for business developments. Candidates with experience and expertise in high-performance computing, cloud computing, AI/ML, and telco/edge computing and other emerging technologies will be a plus.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nDevelop and execute effective strategies to win and maintain customer accounts\nIdentify, qualify, develop and close sales against quota to HPC/Data Centers/Cloud, Gaming industries and Government agencies\nUncover opportunities for senior management to generate revenue from high-level executives\nAssemble a pipeline of both short-term and long-term opportunities through target lists for vertical markets\nTravel to customer sites to present Super Micro’s products as well as to maintain account integrity\nSupervise/Co-supervise varied levels of a sales team, including directing work, providing training and development and managing performance related issues\nAbility to travel up to 30% of the time\nQualifications:\nBS or Master's degree in IT related fields is preferable\n15 years of experience in server sale/business environment\nKnowledgeable in GPU/CPU architecture, workloads/applications and market trend\nStrong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment\nEffective organization and planning skills\nDemonstrated experience working in cross-functional organizations\nStrong understanding of market trends and customer needs to close business opportunity\nStrong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills\nSolid communications skills, both verbal and written\nAbility to travel up to 30% of the time\nSalary Range\n$220,000 - $250,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
