We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProduction Execution & Optimization: Oversee daily production activities across multiple lines to meet aggressive output targets for AI GPU servers. Implement Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) to maximize resource utilization.\nYield & Quality Enhancement: Drive initiatives to achieve industry-leading First Pass Yield (FPY). Lead root-cause analysis for production bottlenecks or technical failures in high-complexity AI systems.\nAdvanced Testing Management: Supervise the specialized testing environments required for AI servers, including high-wattage burn-in processes and liquid cooling leak testing.\nShop Floor Digitalization: Lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and AI-driven predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance shop floor transparency.\nCost & Waste Reduction: Manage production budgets effectively, focusing on reducing scrap rates, optimizing labor costs, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate non-value-added activities.\nEHS & Facility Safety: Ensure the production environment complies with rigorous safety standards, particularly regarding the handling of heavy rack movements and high-voltage power testing.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.\nExperience:\n12+ years of experience in high-tech electronics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale production facilities.\nDirect experience with AI Server L10/L11 production and a deep understanding of the complexity of GPU-based hardware.\nTechnical Skills: Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, ERP/MES systems, and familiar with the manufacturing requirements for advanced thermal solutions (Liquid Cooling).\nLeadership & Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage large labor forces (including direct and indirect staff) and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nLanguage: Strong communication skills in both local language and English to effectively bridge communication between the shop floor and executive leadership.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
