As a Director, Total Rewards, you will be partnering with HR management and cross-functional leaders to advise on total reward best practice and contributing to the design, implementation, administration and governance of compensation & benefit programs. In addition to total reward project management described above, this position will provide education, coaching and support to HR Management teams in total reward principles and processes so they can guide their line managers as HRBPs in Reward decisions.\nThis position will be based out of headquarter office in San Jose, CA and will be interacting with all levels of management.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDesign and guide practices for job evaluations, market matching, pay decisions and governance with a mind for creative solutions and integration of market trends and fit for purpose practices\nLead all compensation initiatives, in particular the strategy and execution of job leveling, salary surveys, conducting an overarching compensation analysis and updating compensation structure for all positions\nPartnering with the Talent Acquisition team to compile additional data intelligence to supplement other market data\nPartnering with the Director, HR Business Partners and Finance on compensation budgets and planned Talent reviews\nManaging relationships and projects with external partners, consultants and vendors as it relates to compensation and benefits\nPartners with key stakeholders to develop and deliver short-and long-term strategic recommendations to ensure benefit programs are cost effective, competitive and flexible to meet the needs of a diverse workforce, while in compliance with all legal requirements\nBeing responsible to take initiative and drive total rewards programs and ensure the compensation philosophy is align with company’s mission and value\nQualifications:\nMinimum 12 years of experience in Human Resources field with at least 7 years of total rewards experience\nExperience in hardware or electronic manufacturing environment is highly desirable\nPeople-centric professional - ability to communicate and interact efficiently with all level of employees\nSolid interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to handle and resolve complex issues with high-level of ambiguity\nAbility to partner, consult, and coach senior management as a valued HR leader\nSalary Range\n$210,000 - $240,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
